Requirements
Must:
- Clear experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems in a support, admin or superuser capacity, focusing on CRM and user experience.
- Evidence of handling a high volume of tickets or tasks, managing workload and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in supporting users at various levels of the business.
- Proven problem-solving skills, demonstrating curiosity and a thorough approach to finding root causes.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and creating documentation.
- Attention to detail, especially when working with data and producing user guides.
- A resilient, agile mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to users globally, resolving day-to-day issues and maintaining data quality through audits and cleansing.
- Manage user access and assist with basic system configurations.
- Support the roll-out of new features and create user documentation.
- Deliver training and generate reports while gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritize and resolve a high volume of tickets, addressing both simple and complex queries.
- Act as a trusted first line of support for colleagues across various teams, keeping users updated on progress.
- Import and maintain data, ensuring sales teams have accurate information to work with.
- Help embed and stabilize a new CRM environment, contributing feedback to improve processes and tools.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, documenting solutions and creating user-friendly guides.
- Stay organized and make clear decisions on priorities, flagging potential risks to the business.
- Collaborate closely with a small team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other during peak demand periods.
Description
We are seeking a CRM Administrator to join our team in Elland, HX5. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 along with a range of benefits, including a subsidized on-site gym, flexible working hours, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays with the option to purchase more. You will work in a supportive environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing is encouraged, contributing to the smooth operation and adoption of our CRM/ERP systems.
