Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience providing 1st Line Support
- Understanding of O365 and Azure cloud platforms
- Ability to solve issues relating to distribution/security groups, creating users, and shared mailboxes
- Experience with escalating issues to 2nd/3rd Line teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ensuring hardware compliance
- Good understanding of troubleshooting Windows environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adapt communication for technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with Zendesk as an ITSM tool
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st Line Support to approximately 320 internal users
- Resolve issues related to O365 and Azure cloud platforms
- Manage distribution/security groups, user creation, and shared mailboxes
- Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd Line teams as necessary
- Ensure compliance of laptops and phone hardware with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records
Description

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance, and a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
