Requirements
Must:
- Experienced Solutions Architect background in Software Development
- Expert knowledge of Cloud (AWS)
- Previous experience leading/managing Software Development teams
- Experience operating as a Solution or Application Architect in a complex global/enterprise level organization
- Expert knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and scaled Agile Methodologies
Responsibilities
- Take the technical lead across a sophisticated portfolio of digital platforms
- Shape cohesive, scalable, end-to-end architectures
- Partner with enterprise architecture and cross-functional stakeholders to design, document, and guide complex multi-system solutions
- Ensure technical quality, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Act as the architectural authority and mentor development teams
- Influence technology direction and drive best practices across cloud, integration, data, and application design
- Steer delivery in areas without an Application Architect to uphold architectural standards across high profile, customer-facing products
- Align software best practices with shared principles and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and maintainability expectations
