Requirements
Must:
- Strong Data Engineering expertise with Snowflake data platform
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Experience with Github and workflows
- Familiarity with Open flow (Snowflake hosted is beneficial)
- Proven experience building event-driven ingestion pipelines on AWS, SNS, S3, etc.
- Experience with DBT (DBT Core / DBT Project, not cloud)
- Knowledge of Amazon Redshift (optional)
- Experience in data platform migration from Redshift to Snowflake preferred
- Strong data reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the end client to understand their data needs
- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines using Snowflake and AWS technologies
- Utilize best practices in data engineering to ensure data integrity and performance
- Build and maintain workflows using GitHub
- Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct data reconciling processes to maintain data accuracy
- Support data platform migration initiatives
