Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform as an architect, administrator, developer, and support specialist
- Excellent command of ITOM discovery, ITSM, and CMDB modules
- Proficient in platform basics including ACLs, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, business rules, workflows, Flow Designer, Mid Server configuration, and ServiceNow best practices
- Exposure to SecOps modules, particularly SIR and Vulnerability Response, HRSD is desirable
- Expertise in Java scripting, integrations using Data source, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration hub following best practices
- Experience as a solution architect in professional services, financial services, or a public sector/regulated environment
- Familiarity with architecture methodologies and tools (TOGAF, EA Sparx, RSA) to produce sound technical designs and architecture deliverables
- Proven history of leading complex and significant n-tier implementations (£5M+)
- Ability to forge strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Support Product Owner in prioritization, planning, and release activities

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and business proactively and reactively to gather requirements and identify creative solutions
- Document architecture decision papers and design documents, presenting them in various decision authorities with conviction
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and maintain the strategic roadmap based on developments within FCA and the technology landscape
- Ensure technical documentation of the platform remains current and contribute actively to it
- Analyze solutions and breakdown requirements into stories for developers, ensuring adherence to best practices through clear guidance and reviews
- Conduct complex development work, integrations, and develop POCs where necessary to support the development team
