Requirements
Must:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess essential skills and knowledge including Cloud Networking Skills (AWS or Azure), as well as expertise with HP / Aruba switches, Fortinet / Firewalls, and experience with migrations. Strong skills in Routing/Switching, Firewall management, and an understanding of ITIL are also required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate expertise in network technology and telephony. Proven experience managing and supporting various network services is a must, along with the ability to maintain security standards for information and proficiently handle complaints. Applicants must also be able to achieve SC clearance.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on the adoption and use of information and digital technology. You will be responsible for the effective operation, support, and maintenance of existing operational technology systems, including technology infrastructure (servers, databases, networks) and end-user devices (desktop PCs, smartphones, tablets). Your duties will also encompass managing the network infrastructure, inclusive of telephony services, and ensuring local and national network access. All of these efforts are critical in delivering and supporting well-engineered IT services and products essential for meeting our company's needs.
