Requirements
Must:
Iām looking for a strong Java/Spring developer with ideally 5 years of commercial experience. Experience with Microservices is essential. You should also be familiar with SQL/Postgres at the database level and have some Cloud/DevOps experience, particularly with AWS, S3, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform. Familiarity with event-driven platforms or messaging tools such as AMQP or Kafka would be a standout advantage. Additionally, an appreciation of software best practices, design methodologies, and architectural patterns is important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an integral part of one of our five Scrum teams, primarily focusing on backend development. Your tasks will include building new scalable Java/Spring components and assisting in breaking down legacy monoliths as we modernize our systems.
