Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess extensive hands-on Java development experience with a focus on data migration and transformation projects. It is essential to have strong investment banking experience, ideally within the front-office. Candidates should also have strong low-latency and cloud experience, preferably with Azure. A solid background across a range of frameworks and technologies, including Spring Boot, is required. Additionally, candidates should have good experience with data integration tools and methodologies, along with strong stakeholder management skills within the investment banking sector.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in a long-term platform modernization project at our London-based investment bank. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing robust Java solutions while ensuring data migration and transformation processes are efficient and effective. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that align with the objectives of the investment banking division.
Description
This position offers an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions, and the compensation is up to £650 per day, outside of IR35. We promote a hybrid working model based in London.
