Must:
You must reside in the vicinity of Sutton to be considered for this role. We are looking for a candidate with strong, demonstrable IT skills, particularly in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Intune), and good working knowledge of iPhones and Apple Business Manager. You should have an aptitude for learning new systems, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate confidence in dealing with data. Clear communication skills, both in person and across email/Teams/phone, are essential. You need to have a logical and considered approach, act with integrity and responsibility, and have the ability to take instruction while fulfilling tasks either independently or collaboratively as required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting demands are also required. Additionally, we expect a great team ethic and a motivated, positive attitude. A minimum of three years' experience working in IT support within a professional corporate environment, as well as knowledge of Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and project management experience is essential. A willingness to get involved in digital transformation projects is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the IT & Digital Transformation Manager and work closely with the IT Service Desk Support team. You will support employees at all levels throughout their employment lifecycle to ensure effective, compliant, and secure operations. Your responsibilities include providing support to staff using the Topdesk ticketing system, as well as applications such as Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), Salesforce, and JD Edwards. You will be tasked with installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications, iPhones, and relevant software using Intune & Apple Business Manager. Additionally, you will assist with the roll-out of new systems and applications, maintain company hardware (including all-in-one printers, Logitech video conference systems, and CCTV), and administer Windows operating systems. Providing end-user training when required, ensuring asset disposal in accordance with the WEEE directive, working with suppliers on purchasing hardware and software, and collaborating with third-party support companies will also be part of your duties. You will engage in digital transformation projects and assist in implementing EDI for suppliers.
