- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Linux skills, especially with Rocky Linux, and experience in infrastructure automation using Ansible.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines using Helm charts, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.
- Experience designing advanced monitoring and alerting systems.
- Solid grasp of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, etc.) and information security risk assessment in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Nginx, PHP, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies like RabbitMQ, SOLR, Couchbase.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive a DevOps culture.
- Experience mentoring and promoting continuous improvement in Agile environments, including recruiting Developers/DevOps Engineers.

Responsibilities
As our Senior/Lead GCP DevOps Engineer, you will join a fast-growing company poised for global expansion. You’ll report to the Head of Development, where you will architect, implement, and optimize software delivery pipelines, enhancing the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. You’ll also support the development squads and contribute to company-wide initiatives, including entering new markets and launching a mobile app.
