Must:
- Active SC Clearance (preferably MOD SC Clearance)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development
- Ability to facilitate agile scrum ceremonies
- Experience delivering key projects within a large matrix programme
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Understanding of the Nexus approach
- Familiarity with MOD Cloud (ideally)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- UK residency and right to work with a UK Passport
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of alternative/parallel cloud hosting for a key client
- Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies for the team
- Collaborate with broader programme team members
- Manage project delivery within a large matrix environment
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and communication
- Engage with stakeholders effectively to align project goals
- Attend key client sites in Bristol and Barrow-in-Furness when required
