Requirements
Must:
To be considered for this role, you need to be local to the South Wales region and able to commute to Cardiff in a hybrid pattern. You should have experience implementing and supporting SAP solutions, with technical skills and a good understanding of SAP S2P modules, Ariba, and SAP Materials Management. SAP certifications or equivalent qualifications would be beneficial. Additionally, you need to have key experience in delivering benefits and improvements by combining SAP technical knowledge with business and commercial awareness. Strong stakeholder management skills and good organizational abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work within the SAP programme, supporting business-as-usual activities and leading initiatives to innovate business processes and SAP solutions. You will be responsible for increasing the speed of innovation and enhancement in SAP solutions. Your duties will include continually assessing emerging SAP technologies and product roadmaps in alignment with business processes and value. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to promote best practices related to SAP technologies. Additionally, you will work with external partners to ensure that delivered solutions adhere to business standards and SAP best practices.
Description
We offer a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office, and a competitive salary of approximately £55k to £70k, depending on your experience. You will be part of an organization that fosters an excellent culture and provides extensive benefits, including 33 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), an employer pension contribution of up to 11%, and performance bonuses for both the company and individuals.
