Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as SAP FICO Senior Consultant
- Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Finance best practices and architecture
- Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including hands-on involvement in design and implementation
- Practical expertise in finance modules, including features such as Parallel Ledger
- Experience in migration from Classic GL to New GL
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and financial transformation
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT and Finance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Nice to have: Data migration background
- Nice to have: Experience in large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations
- Nice to have: SAP or S/4HANA certification
