We are looking for a technically proficient SAP BI/Data Analyst with strong communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders. You should have experience in developing and supporting SAP reports (BW, SAC, or similar environments) and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile BI team. A key requirement is the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for data quality and process improvement.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our SAP reporting and analytics team, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions using BW and SAP Analytics Cloud. You will provide day-to-day support for business users, resolving data queries and managing SAP BI support tickets (approximately 40% of your time on business-as-usual tasks and 60% on development and migration). You will lead the migration of manual and legacy reports into SAP platforms, enhancing automation, accuracy, and data integrity. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential in gathering requirements and translating business needs into effective reporting solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic initiatives such as cloud adoption, SAP data enhancements, and integration of new data sources.
