Must:
We are looking for an aspiring Retrofit Professional with a background in architecture or project management. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD to create, edit, and review drawings. A driving license is required as you will be visiting sites in and around Edinburgh and the central belt.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join, lead, and collaborate with an existing team of Retrofit professionals, undertaking a series of planning applications. As the senior lead within the team, you will conduct your own surveys and be the point of contact for more junior staff members. You will review planning applications and contracts submitted for approval, and may need to generate necessary drawings using CAD or similar tools while providing feedback to clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills are essential for success in this position.
Description
This is both an on-site and off-site role where you will interact with end users, contractors, and public bodies. We offer a strong salary package of £42k per annum, along with opportunities for career growth and development within a leading public sector organization.
