Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Release Manager within the Public Sector.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Experience in coordinating end-to-end release cycles for AWS-hosted Java/Spring Boot services.
- Proficiency in overseeing deployments through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
- Familiarity with managing environments, resolving issues, and supporting teams with Dockerised microservices and SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and adherence to change-control processes.
- Ability to validate test coverage and sign-off criteria ahead of releases.
- Experience driving continual improvement in release processes in collaboration with agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Gradle, Liquibase, Kafka, React, and Typescript is desirable.
- Immediate availability is a plus.

Description
We are an instantly recognisable consultancy looking for a Release Manager with Active SC clearance to support an end client within the public sector. This role offers a competitive rate of up to £500 per day, inside IR35, and is remote, requiring candidates to be based in the UK. Youll be part of a dynamic team, focused on maintaining the quality and efficiency of our release cycles while leveraging your technical expertise in AWS and related tools.
