As the Plumbing Technical Support Manager, I will oversee a team of four Technical Support Advisors who provide expert advice to our customers on plumbing products. In this newly created position, I will manage the day-to-day operations of the technical support team, ensuring high service standards and acting as an escalation point for complex technical queries. Additionally, I will play a key role in coaching and developing our team to maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.

We are a well-established supplier of plumbing and related products, operating for over 50 years with around 120 staff across office and warehouse operations. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000, free on-site parking, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
