Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Platform / DevOps Engineer within the public sector.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Strong, commercial experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proven track record configuring and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and components.
- Practical experience with Docker containerisation.
- Knowledge of security scanning tooling (Trivy or similar).
- Scripting proficiency in Bash (Python is desirable).
- Solid understanding of Git-based version control, specifically within Azure DevOps.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable platform solutions.
- Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.
- Ensure consistent application of security practices across all platforms.
- Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure to improve performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform and cloud services.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices for platform engineering.
Description
We are a well-known consultancy seeking a Platform Engineer with Active SC Clearance for an important project within the public sector.
