Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a network infrastructure role. You should have strong experience with SD-WAN, VPNs, MPLS, and network security. Familiarity with tools such as HPE Aruba, Sophos, Ansible, and Red Hat Linux is essential, and you should be comfortable working in a regulated environment that upholds high standards for compliance and documentation.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on technical role, I expect you to support the design, deployment, and management of secure, scalable network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager and the wider team to ensure performance, security, and resilience across our estate. Your key responsibilities will include designing and deploying LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions, managing network performance, troubleshooting and upgrades, implementing zero-trust principles, VPNs, firewalls, and policy-based routing, supporting Azure VNet design and integration, and acting as a technical escalation point for all networking issues.
Description
