Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack, including Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience in configuring/customizing applications and building interfaces within Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to support other developers
- Familiarity with Azure platform and Azure DevOps
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure new and existing services using Power Platform, Plug-Ins, and Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure solutions meet their needs
- Work with designers and analysts to create and test prototypes with users
- Turn prototypes into detailed technical designs and build digital services based on those designs
- Ensure technical performance, security, and scalability using toolkits and APIs
- Participate in testing and validation of solution designs, utilizing automation where possible
- Align designs with strategic and architectural principles, in coordination with enterprise architecture and data teams
- Maintain technical service roadmaps and monitor new Microsoft platform releases
- Provide 3rd line support for live digital services
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions
- Assess the impact of new Microsoft releases

In this role, you will utilize Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, to deliver solutions in rapid and agile ways that will reduce burdens on staff, maximize the use of data, and support decision-making. You will be expected to develop your own solutions while being innovative and compliant with the appropriate data protection and information security requirements. We actively promote the use of M365 applications within our department, and we encourage you to help us make the most of these tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-versed and experienced Dynamics Engineer to join our team and make a difference in our day-to-day Dynamics needs.
