- Expertise in Agile product delivery, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
- *Desirable:* Certifications in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management (MSP, PRINCE2). Experience with cross-functional teams and Government Service Standard. Knowledge of relevant tech stacks.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a strategic hosting capability, transitioning it from a programme-based structure to a product-centric model.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with cross-government hosting strategy.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on strategic importance and business value.
- Lead a product team of up to 20 people, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical teams, leadership, and government partners.
- Oversee financial and governance reporting under scrutiny.
