Lead Developer - Dynamics CRM

- Develop hands-on solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and be responsible for technically developing IT changes and projects. - Focus primarily on code development while also managing team, change, and technical aspects. - Direct activities to maximize effectiveness using an Agile, iteration-based approach. - Identify training and development needs, and implement training where required. - Request and review development approaches for project work and ensure documentation is created and maintained appropriately. - Identify and implement department efficiency improvements, ensuring development projects are delivered on time and meet business and end-user requirements. - Assist in identifying and resolving systems issues, working collaboratively with business analysts to maintain robust processes with evidenced audit controls. - Define the development toolset and manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, or enhancements to existing applications. - Ensure that new software integrations meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. - Create procedures and processes for designing, developing, and installing enhancements and upgrades. - Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing. - Coach project and scrum teams in development standards and best practices, reviewing techniques used for all types of development. - Provide development support to other internal IT teams as needed and produce project estimates while working with business analysts to deliver project work to required timelines and quality levels. - Provide regular reports to senior management to demonstrate progress of the development function and development sign-out for releases to production.
