Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working as a Lead Java Developer within the public sector.
- Active Security Clearance (SC).
- Expert-level programming in Java (versions 8/11/17) with a deep understanding of the language and its core libraries.
- Expertise in Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in building event-driven architectures using Kafka or messaging systems.
- Strong experience with relational databases and query optimization (SQL).
- Design, develop, and consume scalable REST/JSON APIs.
- Proficiency in containerizing applications for local and cloud environments using Docker.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

While this position primarily focuses on Java development, experience with JavaScript and ReactJS for building or integrating with front-end applications is a nice-to-have.
