Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a field-based IT Support role
- Solid customer service experience, as this role will be based in our Face-to-Face Service for staff
- Experience with ITSM toolsets, SCCM, Active Directory, and InTune
- Detail-oriented and conscientious
Responsibilities
- Proactively provide a range of excellent, customer-focused IT services at a local level
- Receive customer inquiries and service requests in person, by phone, or through the call management system
- Provide timely and accurate responses to calls that can be dealt with directly
- Ensure that inquiries and requests that cannot be resolved directly are referred to the appropriate team for resolution
Description
We are offering a position for an IT Technician onsite for a temporary duration of 2-3 months, with a pay rate of £20 per hour in Manchester. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our staff and ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently.
