Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in providing VIP 1st and 2nd line support. You should have experience with Tech Bar Support, Floor Walks, 1-2-1 Support, and remote support. Additionally, you must be skilled in laptop/desktop build and troubleshooting, as well as Office 365 build, troubleshooting, and rollout. A solid understanding of network and infrastructure is required, along with familiarity with ITSM tools or call logging tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. You should be willing to work shift hours as needed and be able to travel to different sites. Please note that a valid car is necessary for this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide VIP 1st and 2nd line support across various sites in London. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users with their IT needs, and ensuring smooth operations at the Tech Bar. You will also be responsible for building and rolling out laptops/desktops and supporting users with Office 365 applications.
