Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Background in IT support, infrastructure, or application/system/solution support
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, ideally Microsoft stack
- Application support experience with Power Platform / Power BI
- Knowledge of integration of bespoke applications (APIs and PowerShell)
- Support experience with SQL Server is beneficial
- Familiarity with managing 3rd party applications
- Engagement with stakeholders across the organization
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications are preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledge on IT solutions within the Applications and Solutions team
- Design and implement innovative solutions using emerging technologies
- Manage existing core internal applications
- Oversee system, data, and AI integration across the organization
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for business/application solutions
- Collaborate with wider project teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure application support aligns with organizational needs
- Support and troubleshoot application-related issues effectively
Description
