We are looking for a candidate who can champion IT security by coordinating regular audits, managing improvement programs, and publishing reports. You should be able to collaborate with cyber management partners and leadership to implement best-in-class protection. As a core member of the Critical Incident Response Team for cyber incidents, you will operate IT services within a risk and audit-based framework, ensuring strict adherence to governance and security policies. You will oversee the Change Control Process in collaboration with infrastructure partners to manage all system changes with proper approvals. Experience in managing and supporting the Microsoft O365 tenant is essential, in addition to delivering 1st-line end-user application support across a broad tech stack (OS, Office, ERP, CRM, WMS, SharePoint, Teams, soft-phone, VC, etc.). You will need to serve as an escalation point for hardware and infrastructure issues when desktop technicians are unavailable. Skills in analyzing Helpdesk data to eliminate root causes and recurring issues are also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to coordinate OS and application patching and versioning, along with Active Directory governance (accounts, policies). You will administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, VPN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls). Your support for high availability and disaster recovery operations will include regular testing and documentation updates. Managing Requests for Change (RFCs) and New Service Requests (NSRs) will be crucial to ensure service level compliance while contributing to planning and resource allocation. Building strong relationships with third-party IT suppliers will help ensure value delivery and compliance with patch/update requirements. You will provide technical assurance for all third-party IT infrastructure activity and maintain the IT Asset Register while leading hardware refresh initiatives. Continuous monitoring of system health and proactive addressing of issues to minimize disruption will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting root-cause analysis and training end users where applicable will be key parts of your role.
