Requirements
Must:
- Active Security Clearance (SC Cleared)
- Valid UK Driving Licence, with the ability to travel to multiple sites in the role to deliver and collect devices
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst / IT Engineer (or equivalent) in providing Triage and Hardware Repairs
- Knowledge of ITSM systems to assist with Queue Ticket Management
- Ability to provide manual stock checks (asset management) and generate subsequent reports
- Capability to manage the disposal of appropriate equipment when required
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to be onsite 5 days per week across various locations
Responsibilities
- Help with triage and hardware repairs, delivering and collecting devices across multiple sites for a prestigious end client
- Manage the ticketing queue through ITSM systems effectively
- Conduct manual stock checks and provide detailed reports on asset management
- Liaise with vendors regarding parts and returns as needed
- Oversee the disposal of equipment when appropriate
Description
We are a high-profile IT consultancy looking for an SC Cleared IT Analyst / IT Engineer. This contract position pays up to £140 per day (inside IR35 - Umbrella) and is available across multiple locations in the UK, requiring onsite work five days a week, including travel. This role will continue until 31/03/26, with a two-week break expected over the Christmas period.
