Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for broad enterprise identity experience across IGA, PAM, AM, AD and CIAM, with the ability to build identity strategies that integrate into client enterprise architectures.
- We need experience working with IGA, PAM, AM, AD and CIAM solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
- We want experience supporting identity architecture in a digital transformation environment, leveraging cloud-native and/or other IAM solutions.
- We require advanced, practical experience with cloud hosting services including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- We need hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD Domain Services, Federation Services, Certificate Services, DNS and DHCP.
- We value understanding of decentralised identity, verifiable credentials, microservices and the Trust over IP architecture stack.
- We are looking for experience working with waterfall and agile methodologies, often within client-specified frameworks.
- We need experience managing teams across multiple locations, cultures and experience levels.
- We are seeking strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Desirable: understanding of malware and the modern threat landscape.
- Desirable: relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISSP or CAMS.
- Desirable: exposure to DevOps tools and repositories such as Git, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and Ansible.
- Desirable: experience designing role-based access control (RBAC).
- Desirable: practical experience with Linux operating systems.
- Desirable: experience with modern authentication concepts such as Self-Service Identity, Bring Your Own Identity, SCIM, SAML, WS-Federation, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
Responsibilities
- We define IAM use cases, functional and non-functional solution requirements, and technical specifications for authentication, access control, integration, performance and scalability.
- We design and architect IAM solutions by creating high-level and low-level designs aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity standards.
- We create high-level and low-level system architecture diagrams with technical descriptions of each component.
- We define system specifications to support optimal performance.
- We integrate workflows with third-party systems and security tools, including SIEM solutions, multi-factor authentication solutions, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- We develop technical documentation for IAM implementations, including process documentation for user onboarding, access requests, identity governance, approval workflows, authentication workflows, and provisioning and de-provisioning.
- We implement IAM solutions by installing solution components in on-premise environments where relevant, or configuring cloud components and scripting or coding plug-ins and extensions for cloud solutions.
- We support projects that provide IAM solutions to clients, run IAM diagnostics, assist with strategy definition, and help minimise IAM risk.
Description
We are a global business consultancy organisation working across a wide range of clients to deliver Identity and Access Management services. This is a permanent Senior Architect role at Manager or Senior Manager level, based in London, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh with a hybrid working model of 2 to 3 days per week in the office. The salary is between £70,000 and £105,000, with benefits including an annual bonus, car or cash allowance, progression plans and growth opportunities within national and global teams, plus good holidays and pension. We offer the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on varied IAM projects across enterprise and cloud technologies, with exposure to large-scale client transformation programmes.
