Responsibilities
- Use data, technology, and automation to drive measurable growth across multiple markets
- Shape and deliver a performance strategy spanning 21 countries and 20 languages
- Ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and supported by robust analytics
- Lead on core channels such as Google Shopping (PMax and Standard) and Bing Shopping
- Explore opportunities across platforms like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Meta
- Work closely with data science teams to integrate machine learning and automation into activation and optimisation
- Use SQL and analytics tools to produce accurate reporting and uncover insights
- Manage product data using tools like Feedonomics, Channable, and Upp.ai to maximise visibility and performance
- Develop strategies based on behavioural data for CRM, affiliate, and partner channels
- Lead a small, highly skilled team and cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
