Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as the Head of Identity & Trust leading strategic Identity initiatives within large, highly federated organisations.
- Ability to act as the Group SME for Identity & Trust, shaping global identity strategy.
- Capability to develop and maintain IAM standards, frameworks, policies, and reference architectures.
- Experience in building identity roadmaps (internal, external, group) aligned to NIST CSF v2.0 maturity.
- Ability to create trust/data models, threat models, and metrics to measure identity assurance.
- Familiarity with conducting current-state assessments and defining future-state TOM and capability improvements.
- Provide specialist support to Market Units and contribute to enterprise security architecture.
- Expertise in relevant Identity technologies including but not limited to MS Entra, SailPoint, ForgeRock, and CyberArk.
- Ability to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and articulate mitigations to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with third parties effectively.
- Nice to have: Immediate availability.
- Openness to go from Temp to Perm.
- Qualifications in CISSP / CIAM / CIGE.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead strategic identity initiatives that align with global objectives.
- Act as the Group Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Identity & Trust.
- Develop and maintain IAM standards and frameworks that ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Create and execute identity roadmaps that align with established maturity frameworks.
- Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state operational models.
- Collaborate with Market Units to provide specialist identity and trust support.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to enterprise security architecture.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively regarding identity strategy.
- Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and risks within the identity framework.
