Must:
I am looking for candidates with proven commercial experience as a Head of Data & AI, specifically within large, complex, enterprise-scale organizations. You should have the ability to lead and execute strategy in the Data & AI space. A strong understanding of data compliance, data governance, data management, data modeling, and data design is essential. Additionally, I expect you to have a solid grasp of Data and Advanced Analytics, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership abilities are also a must, especially the capability to manage multiple reporting lines.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the data and AI strategy for a high-profile end client. Your leadership will be central to executing our strategic vision and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. You will also be responsible for managing complex data initiatives and leading a team towards success.
Description
This opportunity is for a temporary position lasting between 3 to 6 months, and it requires a flexible approach to travel. Immediate availability is a plus, and there is potential for transitioning from a temporary to a permanent role. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can step into this pivotal role and make an immediate impact on our client’s strategy in Data & AI.
