Requirements

Must:
I am looking for candidates with proven commercial experience as a Head of Data & AI, specifically within large, complex, enterprise-scale organizations. You should have the ability to lead and execute strategy in the Data & AI space. A strong understanding of data compliance, data governance, data management, data modeling, and data design is essential. Additionally, I expect you to have a solid grasp of Data and Advanced Analytics, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership abilities are also a must, especially the capability to manage multiple reporting lines.

This opportunity is for a temporary position lasting between 3 to 6 months, and it requires a flexible approach to travel. Immediate availability is a plus, and there is potential for transitioning from a temporary to a permanent role.
