- Focus on crucial issues, effective prioritisation, and ensuring quality, timely delivery of agreed outputs
- Skilled in using influencing, persuading, and negotiation techniques to drive engagement

- Develop and facilitate a Data Maturity Assessment across the company
- Map existing data capacity and capability across the organisation
- Map current data projects and how they interrelate
- Understand the opportunities presented by existing single view projects
- Produce a clear analysis and prioritised options appraisal for Corporate Leadership Team consideration
- Create a high-level programme plan for delivery over the medium term
- Analyze the current workforce vs future workforce skills needs relating to data based on the maturity assessment and mapping
Description
We are collaborating with our client to provide capacity for a Head of Data and Analytics position within a newly formed Directorate for an expected duration of approximately 4 months. This role presents an excellent opportunity to lead the initial stage of a data transformation journey. We seek an exceptional individual who combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
