Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure

In this role, I will oversee the Cyber Security estate, ensure adherence to the Cyber Assessment Framework, and continuously improve our internal security posture. My focus will be on identifying and assessing cyber security risks in accordance with laws and regulations. I will leverage and optimize several tools including MS Defender, Sentinel, and Azure, working with our external SOC partner to enhance cyber resilience. I will conduct threat analysis and proactive risk assessments to design effective controls. Additionally, I will lead the Cyber Security operations function by providing strategic direction and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of threat intelligence, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and ethical hacking capabilities. I will lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring strong data controls are in place, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to establish responsibilities and ensure that an end-to-end approach to cyber resilience is embedded in other functions.
