We are looking for a candidate with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and analyzing opportunities to enhance processes and technology. The ideal applicant has experience in a Business Analysis role, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technology. You should possess knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, system testing, and software QA best practices. Leadership experience is essential, as we need someone who can motivate and inspire team members while managing their development and progression. A strong customer service orientation is important, combined with a solid proficiency in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the Technology Business Partner team, focusing on improving business output and performance through strategic technology use. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing a team of Business Analysts and QA professionals, acting as a liaison between the technology department and other business units, and collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. You will lead initiatives to increase technology awareness and adoption across the organization, translating business needs into technical requirements, and managing the Technology Change Plan for timely project delivery. Additionally, you will work with the Senior Test Analyst to uphold the highest quality standards in technology solutions, implementing best practices in QA processes and methodologies.
