Requirements

Must:
- Deep knowledge of HRIS systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). - Proven experience of at least 2 HRIS implementations, preferably with global organizations. - Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations. - Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and performance optimization. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect and Workday or SAP SuccessFactors certifications. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments. - Preferred Qualifications: Background in pre-sales engineering or consulting and familiarity with industry-specific compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

As the HR Solutions Architect, I will be responsible for: - Analyzing HR business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Designing system architectures for HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements. - Leading the integration of HR systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM), overseeing data migration, system upgrades, and the implementation of new modules. - Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment. - Working closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and presenting architectural solutions in an accessible language to non-technical stakeholders. - Providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle. - Ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR) and documenting architectural decisions, workflows, and technical guidelines.
