Must:
We are looking for a strong candidate with 8–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a global organization or consulting environment. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with HR systems such as Workday is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As our Group Reward Lead, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement our organization’s total compensation and benefits strategy. This includes defining the overall compensation framework, conducting benchmarking studies, and developing analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You will manage annual compensation cycles, oversee bonus and salary review processes, and advise on executive compensation proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate on performance management processes and work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of reward programs.
