Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in digital technology
- At least 10 years in a leadership role, ideally at global level
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional digital initiatives
- Experience managing large teams and budgets
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic customer experience visions
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Omnichannel orchestration and innovation experience
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and analytics
- Background in technology-driven B to B to C environments
- Passion for driving technology and customer experience in a global organization
- Degree or M.Sc. in information technology, engineering, or related field is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Build a unified experience platform across the multi-brand AGCO business
- Drive AGCOs digital transformation and innovation agenda
- Lead strategy, vision, and execution of digital customer technology initiatives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with global C-Suite and senior leaders
- Create a global customer experience strategy and governance proposition
- Design omnichannel journey and implement AI and analytics-driven personalization
- Provide digital tools to frontline and dealer teams to enable growth
- Create and launch global customer experience training programs
- Own dealer and farmer-facing digital application solutions globally
- Establish strong partnerships with the digital technology team and MSPs for platform reliability, scalability, and governance
