Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro
- Proven ability to publish and manage Map Image, Feature, and REST services
- Strong Python (ArcPy) scripting skills for automation and validation
- Expertise in Experience Builder and Web AppBuilder applications
- Understanding of authentication, access control, and REST endpoints
- Experience integrating GIS with other systems (e.g., CRM, asset management)
- Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in a public-sector GIS environment is highly desirable
Responsibilities
As the GIS Migration Specialist, you will lead the technical migration of existing GIS projects, datasets, and web applications into the updated ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise environment. You will be responsible for converting ArcMap projects, republishing services, reconfiguring web applications, and ensuring seamless operational continuity. This hands-on role will require you to engage in scripting, integration, and collaboration with both GIS and IT teams to meet our critical upgrade deadline in April 2026.
