- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CISA).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for investigation subjects and e-discovery providers.
- Standardise approaches to digital evidence production, metadata requirements, and audit file handling.
- Manage e-discovery project setup, data processing, metadata validation, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve data or metadata issues, ensuring accurate indexing and linkage of audit workpapers.
- Provide guidance to case teams on optimal evidence formats and highlight potential technical issues early.
- Support digital evidence gathering at case opening and assist with reconciling evidence productions.
- Develop templates, navigation aids, and automation tools to streamline repetitive technical tasks.
- Capture and share best practices, contribute to technology working groups, and promote good data practices.
Description
We are seeking a Forensic Technology Specialist to provide expert technical support across regulatory enforcement investigations. This role involves ensuring high-quality handling of digital evidence and the efficient use of e-discovery tools. The position is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with a focus on reducing technical burdens and enhancing our capability to manage complex, high-volume data.
