Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect in the Financial Services sector.
- Extensive working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Risk.
- Solid understanding of Operational Risk practices in multinational setups providing B2B services.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and exposure to data/systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities, both at the team and leadership levels.
- Experience in architecture, design, and delivery for Cloud (AWS) and on-premises platforms, including integrations with key services.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our newly established team within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. Our newly created department aims to enhance our GRC capabilities, identify gaps, and design a robust architectural roadmap that supports our long-term strategic goals. As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your strong track record in delivering architectural roadmaps within financial services and your hands-on experience in enterprise and solution architecture. You will work specifically with the AWS cloud platform and use your understanding of data platforms to facilitate integration into our enterprise systems. Additionally, you will support our architectural roadmap with frameworks that ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
