Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience in an analytical or developer position focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in AL programming and workflow management.
- Ideally, a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate qualification or similar.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is highly valued, along with exposure to other Dynamics 365 solutions such as CRM, Contact Centre, or HR modules.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues quickly, and develop practical solutions within Business Central or related systems.
- Strong understanding of business operations and IT systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Professionalism, commitment to equality and diversity, and ownership of professional development.
- Strong customer service skills enabling collaboration across teams to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 Business Central system, ensuring its smooth operation and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that reduce manual processes and enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain APIs, internal flows, and custom actions to automate reporting and improve interoperability across the organization.
- Manage relationships with third-party app providers, assisting the business in becoming more self-sufficient.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute fresh ideas to drive innovation within the business.
- Troubleshoot and support day-to-day system issues while rolling out new features and updates.
- Define business requirements, document procedures, and ensure the Business Central environment evolves according to corporate needs.
