Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst across the delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Confident analysing requirements, processes and user needs
- Knowledge of agile principles and service/user-journey design techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive
- Desirable: Business Analysis qualification, UX or service design experience, understanding of accessibility standards
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution definition for digital projects
- Facilitate workshops and map current/future processes
- Produce business cases and support benefits tracking
- Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and user-focused designs
- Work closely with developers and suppliers throughout delivery
- Design and run UAT/testing, ensuring a smooth transition into service
- Provide clear documentation, training and progress reporting
Description
We are Hays Technology, seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join our solutions and change team. This contract role, based in York with a hybrid work model of three days on-site, plays a crucial part in delivering digital transformation across our organization. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape digital solutions and ensure projects deliver measurable value. We offer a competitive daily rate of £400 - £500 until 31st July.
