Data Scientist

I am looking for a Data Scientist who possesses the following skills: - Data Integration & Analysis: Experience in collecting and analyzing data from internal systems such as tenancy, maintenance, and finance, as well as external sources like census and public datasets. - Data Preparation: Ability to clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy and usability. - Predictive Analytics: Proficiency in building models to forecast housing demand, rent arrears, and maintenance needs. - Visualisation & Reporting: Skills in creating dashboards and reports to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Performance Evaluation: Experience in assessing the impact of housing initiatives and recommending improvements. - Machine Learning Applications: Familiarity with using machine learning to optimize resource allocation, predict tenant behavior, and automate processes like arrears risk scoring. - Data Governance: Understanding of how to maintain data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and other regulations. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work with housing officers and managers to translate operational needs into data-driven solutions.
