Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within the Insurance and Healthcare space.
- Experience working on large-scale Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes with expertise in Data Analysis and Healthcare systems.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes to gather and define requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R, with the ability to write simple SQL scripts.
- Strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Models).
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
- Previous experience implementing and managing Data governance frameworks and processes.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment.
Responsibilities

Description
This position is with a well-known Healthcare Insurer located in London, offering a hybrid work model with two days per week on-site. The contract duration is expected to be between 3 to 6 months. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately and possess relevant experience in the industry.
