Must:

- Understanding of logistical/service provider processes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Supply Chains.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Claims Management for Physical Logistics to drive quality improvement.
- Support the Warehouse Operations team with dashboards and reports using Data Tools and AI.
- Monitor and forecast the inbound flow to ensure proper and punctual processing, handling, and control of all goods received while adhering to relevant regulations, guidelines, and statutory provisions.
