Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience as a Database Administrator with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Expert knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL data stores
- Experience working with structures including JSON and XML
- Familiarity with software development and distributed data processing technologies
- Proven ability in keeping databases up to date and troubleshooting issues
- Experience in database design and development, managing access
- Ability to design and implement maintenance procedures
- Skills in managing database security/integrity and backup procedures
Responsibilities
- Modernising and enhancing critical financial products and services
- Collaborating within a regulated environment prioritising customer trust and data integrity
- Maintaining and troubleshooting databases
- Designing database systems and procedures
- Liaising with programmers, operational staff, and IT project managers
- Implementing security measures for database integrity and backups
