Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering multi-year change portfolios, ideally within cybersecurity or technology risk domains.
- Strong understanding of key cybersecurity initiatives such as:
- SIEM migration
- Penetration Testing Programs
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk mitigation
- DMARC rollout
- Audit remediation and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA)
- Experience leading SWIFT CSP attestation processes and working with auditors is desirable.
- Ability to embed governance and financial controls across complex projects.
- Skilled in managing third-party onboarding (e.g., SOC services) and continuous monitoring solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior executives.
- Familiarity with investment banking environments and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst within the Cybersecurity Change Portfolio, I will act as the bridge between technology teams, stakeholders, and governance functions. I will gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the successful delivery of critical cybersecurity initiatives. My role will involve coordinating with global teams, managing third-party vendors, and embedding governance and financial controls across projects. I will provide regular reporting to senior leadership, including the CISO and Managing Directors, on progress, risks, and dependencies.
