Requirements
Must:
- We require strong Accounts Receivable experience.
- We require previous experience working as a Business Analyst.
- We highly value experience with Oracle AR.
- We prefer experience within a Local Authority or other Public Sector environment.
- We require strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- We consider experience supporting financial system implementations or go-live projects to be desirable.
- We consider customer support or service desk experience to be desirable.
Responsibilities
- We support Accounts Receivable work streams through business analysis activities.
- We support Oracle AR go-live activities.
- We liaise with finance teams and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- We support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
- We provide customer and end-user support where required.
Description
We are a Birmingham-based local council working in partnership on a major Oracle implementation and go-live project. The role is based in Birmingham with up to 3 days per week on site initially, increasing to 5 days per week during go-live. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our finance transformation work, particularly within Accounts Receivable, as we prepare for deployment and post-go-live support.
