Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of working in 1st/2nd line applications support maintaining enterprise applications with a good appreciation of applications design & development, including database and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving & delivery skills coupled with a good understanding of ITIL support processes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of scripting, coding, and application software.
- Proven experience of supporting PaaS and SaaS solutions, including MS Azure integrations.
- Awareness of structured development, analysis & project management methodologies.
- Proven experience of documenting system maintenance and development activities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with cross-functional teams.

Description
We are currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst experienced in PaaS and SaaS solutions, particularly with MS Azure. This position is hybrid, requiring two days onsite in Lancashire each week. Our team values excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and offers a competitive rate of £450 a day for a 6-month contract. We aim to foster an environment that encourages effective communication and collaboration across various functions.
